Why can’t I register the app?


In this case, the issue may be due to your smartphone not granting wireless data communication permissions to the Srihome app. Changing the settings, as shown in the screenshot below, might help resolve the problem.

Alternatively, if you are unable to register via Wi-Fi, try temporarily disabling Wi-Fi and use mobile data for registration. If the issue persists, please power off your smartphone and attempt the registration again.

If all permissions are already set and the problem remains unresolved, uninstall the app and then reinstall it. During the reinstallation, make sure to grant all the permissions requested by the app.
