You can reset the camera with the following steps:
- Turn on the camera’s power and wait for approximately 30 seconds until the head rotation stops.
- Please press and hold the reset button for approximately 3 seconds. If the reset is successful, you will hear a tone and music playing, followed by a beep sound. If you don’t hear any sound, it is possible that the reset was not performed correctly. Please try resetting again.
In that case, the camera will reset to its factory defaults (with default password: 888888).
Many customers are not performing the reset correctly, which can result in connection issues.
